Does submitting a Make Room Campaign Pledge automatically debit my account?

No. Pledges are separate from recurring giving.

Why was the gift I gave attributed to my spouse?

Gifts are processed according to the first name written on the envelope or check. See Records for Married Couples below.

A gift was given that I don’t recognize. Did the church initiate a transfer from my bank account?

No. Our gift processing platform, Subsplash, does not allow Destiny Christian Center International to debit any amount or see account details for any connected bank accounts or credit cards. All transfers via credit card or bank account are initiated by the giver.

Why did my recurring gift stop?

Your recurring gift might have stopped due to one of the following reasons:

• Your primary credit card on file has expired.
• The connection to your bank has encountered an error.
• You requested a church staff to cancel a recurring gift on your behalf.
• You cancelled a recurring gift from the mobile app.

How can I cancel my recurring gift?

You can cancel a recurring gift in the mobile app.

Does it cost Destiny anything to process my gift?

Yes. Destiny pays percentage and flat fees based on gift amounts and method of giving.
